I also train a few clients to run & help them improve there times with helping them & giving advice with there technique & has completed a running technique course what helps prevent injury its a unique course what only level 3 personal trainers can go on by premier training international.
I have taught people to run who couldnt run who couldnt run to the end of there street, starting them with a run/walk one lady 18 months ago couldnt run now i'm training her for the great eastern half marathon in october she has now ran 9 miles & competed in a 5 mile race.
I train a man in his early 60s who was running 10ks in 65mins now he is doing 53 mins & half marathons in 2hrs 25 now 2hrs.
I trained a lady for her first marathon & she did really well & wants to do a marathon again & wants my help with her training.

I also trained a group from Thorney Running Club for there first half marathon see picture below.
With the training, i use diffrent methods as everyone is diffrent or at a diffrent level, beginers run/walk. To build stamina & improvement interval training & hill work & tempo runs. Also nutrition advice & exercise to help & fitness advice.
I train my sons Ben 16 & Luke 13 who race regular & Ben has improved alot over the last 2 years he's won a few races & age catogroies & recently won the Deeping 3k
A few clients ask me to take them for a run if they want to loose weight or get fitter.
I have ran in approx 200 races from 5k to marathons 26.2 miles it started as a hobby & now its involved in my job
