Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer (Diploma level 3)
Active IQ level 3 Personal Trainer
level 2 gym instuctor Active IQ NVQ in instructing Exercise & Fitness
Reps level 3, Nutrition Advicer
Trained in corrective Exercise
Certificate for Boxing (Teaching) Total body pad work
Certificate in Medicine ball training
Fully insured,Emergency First Aid

I am an experienced Runner as I am mens Captain of Thorney Running club, I help people with there Training at our club nights, I trained & ran with a lady on her 1st half marathon & folksworth 15 & helped her acheive her goals, she nows helps me train on our club nights.

I used to be unfit & weigh over 16 stone, I decided to get fit & change my lifestyle, I now weigh 12 & quarter stone & I am fit, so it can be done with my experience i can help & advice anyone.
As a Personal Trainer my aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals whatever it may be! loose weight, get fitter & healthier.
Your 1st session will be a free 1 hour consultation.
I will give you a Health assessment & fitness tests & re-check you every 4-5 weeks

My Training sessions can be fun so you will never be bored
All sessions last 1 hour & you will get a workout for what you want to achieve
I bring the exercise equipment to you
I can train you at your home or local park e.t.c
I also do group training to make it cheaper.
I will travel allround the Peterborough area + Stamford, deeping, oundle,spalding,wisbech,march,huntingdon aprox 20 miles from Peterborough.
