I train people for all diffrent reasons to lose weight & to keep fit & healthy etc, Ive trained several people for a few years & they very fit & healthy.


I am an experienced Runner as I am well known in the local running community, I trained & ran with a lady on her 1st half marathon & folksworth 15 & I have a running technique coaching certificate as i can teach you to run correctly to prevent injuries.


I also Trained a group for there 1st Half marathon see (Testimonal 2 page) & I trained a  lady for her 1st marathon (news page)


I used to be unfit & weigh over 16 stone, I decided to get fit & change my lifestyle, I now weigh 12 stone & I am fit, so it can be done with my experience i can help & advice anyone.

As a Personal Trainer my aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals whatever it may be! loose weight, get fitter & healthier.

Your 1st session will be a free 1 hour consultation.

I will give you a Health assessment & fitness tests & re-check you every 4-5 weeks

My Training sessions can be fun so you will never be bored

All sessions last 45-60 mins & you will get a workout for what you want to achieve

I bring the exercise equipment to you

I can train you at your home or local park e.t.c

I also do group training to make it cheaper.

I will travel allround the Peterborough area + Stamford, deeping, oundle,spalding,wisbech,march,huntingdon aprox 20 miles from Peterborough.
